Are you available after my project is done if I have questions?
Yes. You can email at any time, or call between 8 am and 6 pm Monday through Saturday.
Will you be able to help with changing and adding content?
Yes. We are happy to provide keeping your content fresh and accurate. We’ll work with you on a schedule that works best for you.
What if I don’t have a domain name yet?
No worries. We’ll chat with you to make sure you decide on the domain that best represents your business or organization. We’ll obtain the domain for you, host it on our secure server, and get to work on building your dream creation.
Who owns the website?
Glad you asked. You do. We do the work, but we are working for you, providing the best product possible. All content is yours. The domain name is yours. The backup files are yours. We’ll keep it all safe and secure. If there comes a time in the future when you no longer need our services, all login credentials, backups and proprietary information is yours.
Proprietary Information clause
All proprietary information is, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Client. All material created by Sweet Peace Websites for the Client (i.e. logo, images, videos, or content) is, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the Client. At all times during the contract, and afterwards, Sweet Peace Websites will not disclose or use any proprietary information, except as required in connection with Sweet Peace Websites’ work for the Client. At conclusion or termination of the Contract, the Client’s domain and website(s) remain the property of the Client. Sweet Peace Websites will immediately ensure the Client has all credentials, logins, directories, and databases. If at any time Sweet Peace Websites is unable to continue working with you, the Client will have no interruption in services, as they will remain in full access to the website, emails and cPanel they are on
